Fin 2008 [et non 2007 comme il est indiqué sur la page Facebook PEACE TEAM], Peace Team (فريق السلام) a été fondé, selon l'historiographie des deux intéressés, par Ibrâhîm Ghunaym alias MC Gaza (ابراهيم عدنان محمود غنيم /ام سي غزة) [Né en 1992 en Algérie d'une famille ayant ensuite migré vers le Liban et l'Égypte avant de s'installer à Gaza, il fait son secondaire à l'école Zahawi de Gaza avant d'étudier à la Gaza University ; après avoir vécu quelque temps en Egypte, période durant laquelle il se produit avec le groupe égyptien Egyptian Nights, il revient à Gaza mais émigre en Tunisie durant l'été 2018], venu de Lost Souls (GAZA UNDER SEIGEet de System Hunterz Group, Bachîr Bsîsû alias Beesh (بشير بسيسو - بيش) [Né à Koweït en 1990 d'une famille revenue à Gaza en 1994, il étudie Finance and Management of Projects à la Gaza University ; en 2012, il est le producteur et beats maker de MC Gaza et met sa profession de graphiste au service de bon nombre de rappeurs de Gaza. En 2018, il est passé à la musique électronique et se présente comme "studio manager" chez ADMARK, "Musician/Producer" pour le Gaza FREEstyle Festival et, à son compte, "Graphic Designer/Music Producer".]. Tous deux avaient commencé à rapper ensemble dès 2006 sans constituer de groupe proprement dit. Ayman Khalîl Châhîn alias King Jemi (أيمن خليل شاهين), rescapé de Army of Day, PR New Generation, One Blood et Gaza Rapperz, de Lost Soul et de System Hunterz Group[Né en un lieu inconnu, selon Ayman Shahen live in Gaza il gagne Resaletna en 2009 ; installé à Kuala Lumpur, il continue à rapper], a également appartenu au groupe. Il s'agirait même, selon Ayman Mughâmis, du fondateur de Peace Team avec Ibrâhîm Ghunaym, une version niée par Beesh. La fondation de ce nouveau groupe aurait ainsi fait suite à la disparition de PR Palestinian Rapperz new generation avec le départ de Gaza d'Ahmad 'Arafât et de Dînû Murtajâ. King Jemi, cependant, a rapidement quitté Peace Team, envoyé par son père poursuivre ses études en Malaysie. Selon Ibrâhîm Ghunaym, c'est lui-même et Bachîr Bsîsû qui auraient décidé de s'en séparer pour son "manque de respect envers eux". Le groupe semble avoir formellement disparu au plus tard en 2014. Bachîr Bsîsû est le créateur en 2012 de la HIP HOP Gazawy Radio.
MC Gaza (accompagné de Bachîr Bsîsû, selon ce dernier, et d'Ayman Châhîn) a gagné le concours du Gaza concert de novembre 2008 de même que celui de la Resaletna 2009(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vE3mbyAG7Y). Il a participé au tournage d'un documentaire de la BBC et d'un film produit par une ONG de Gaza que je n'ai pu identifier, "hip-hop in the Forgotten Alleys" (الهيب هوب في الأزقة المنسية). En 2012, Bachîr Bsîsû considère que MC Gaza est le meilleur rappeur de Gaza. Il en est le producteur et le beat maker.
Ibrâhîm Ghunaym revendique au nom du groupe de nombreux concerts tant à Gaza qu'au Liban et en Égypte. Peace Team, toujours selon son témoignage, a produit quelque 35 chansons et 12 vidéos, renvoyant à son compte YouTube.
Peace Team définit le thème de ses productions en ces termes : "The essential themes of the group’s songs discuss peace, the
Palestinian cause and Palestinian refugees, and the suffering
of the Palestinians both inside and outside of Palestine.
Other prominent themes are Israeli violation of Palestinian
human rights, children’s rights, and social issues, both
cultural and humanitarian."
Peace Team intègre MySpace en janvier 2010 avec un compte alimenté de 8 enregistrements jusque vers l'été 2011 (tous présents sur la chaîne YouTube ultérieure), "Peace Team" (http://www.myspace.com/peaceteamgaza). L'un de ces enregistrements se trouve également sur un compte Reverbnation créé à une date indéterminée, "PEACE TEAM" (http://www.reverbnation.com/peaceteam) quand un autre compte Reverbnation, dont l'URL renvoie à Beesh mais le titre au groupe, recèle encore en 2018 5 enregistrements (tous présents sur la chaîne YouTube citées plus bas), "PEACE TEAM" (http://www.reverbnation.com/beeshb). Le groupe entre sur Facebook en février 2010, "PEACE TEAM" (http://www.facebook.com/peace.team), page laissée en déshérence depuis début 2014. A l'automne 2010, Peace Team lance un site web, "Peace team" (http://www.peaceteamgaza.com/), qui semble avoir disparu au printemps 2011 mais dont la Wayback machine a conservé la page d'accueil. Il ouvre un compte Twitter "Peace Team ♥" (@Peace_Team) en novembre 2011 mais ses tweets sont protégés.
Ibrâhîm Ghunaym, alors Thug rapper, a ouvert un compte MySpace personnel sans doute en 2007 en même temps que le compte "Lost Souls (GAZA UNDER SEIGE)" [sic] (http://www.myspace.com/thugsrapper), "TR" (http://www.myspace.com/thug_rapper) où il s'identifie comme "hey my name is ibrahim i.m 16 years old from gaza and i woald like to meet any male or female ....... contact me at my mail (t.r_i@hotmail.com ok)". Ce compte a trés vite été laissé en déhérence. "Lost Souls (GAZA UNDER SEIGE)" et "TR" sont toujours en ligne en 2018 et la photo de profil de ce dernier est un combattant des Brigades des martyrs d'al-Aqsa proches de Fath. Ibrahim Ghoneem devenu Mc.Gaza (ابراهيم غنيم/ام سي غزة) est présent sur MySpace depuis août 2009, "MC Gaza" (http://www.myspace.com/mcgaza), sur un compte alimenté jusqu'en août 2011. Il est également présent sur Facebook à travers une page professionnelle "MC Gaza" (http://www.facebook.com/mc.gaza1) ouverte en juin 2010 (en 2018 l'URL est celle d'un compte "كـلـنـا غـزة) et une page personnelle "Ibrahim A M Ghunaim" (http://www.facebook.com/ibragaza) ouverte en juillet de la même année (elle n'existe plus en 2018). About the members of the group:
The first member: Ibrahim Ghoneem, alias MC Gaza, an 18 year-
old student in Gaza, Palestine. Hip-hop significantly impacted
his life, becoming a necessity and an element in his life like
that of food and clothing. He has devoted all his efforts into
the development of this art, an art that has become threatened
with extinction both because of the conditions forced upon the
residents of Gaza and by the customs and traditions of this
conservative society. Ibrahim ascended the stage for the first
time at the start of 2006 and throughout his music career has
produced numerous songs of a variety of themes.
The second member: Bashir Bseiso A.K.A Beesh, 20 years old and
living in Gaza. A talented young man in the fields of graphic
design and drawing graffiti, he greatly influenced the
development of hip-hop in Gaza. Bashir specializes in the
production of music, audio engineering, and creating HipHop
Beats to peaceteam.
The group’s achievements:
- Peace Team won first place in Resaltna project and
competition, managed by the Norwegian City to City foundation,
a joint effort between Trumuso Municipality in Norway and the
Municipality of Gaza.
- Peace Team was featured in a movie filmed throughout
the Arab world by the BBC Channel discussing Palestinian
refugees.
- Peace Team was involved in the filming of a movie
entitled hip-hop in the Forgotten Alleys with a Palestinian
foundation from Gaza. The movie discusses the circumstances of
hip-hop in the Gaza Strip and aims to improve awareness in the
Gazan community to accept this art.
- Peace Team has hosted numerous performances and
festivals in the city of Gaza.

- تصوير فيلم مع قناه bbc البريطانية يتحدث عن اللاجئين الفلسطينيين وقد مثل فريق مدينة غزة في هذا الفيلم الذي تم تصويره في كافة الدول

- تصوير فيلم بعنوان (الهيب هوب في الأزقة المنسية) مع مؤسسة فلسطينية من غزة والذي يتحدث عن الظروف التي يمر بها هذا الفن ولتحسين

كانت في بداية عام 2005 عندما كان حاضراً في أحد حفلات الهيب هوب في مدينة غزة التي لطالما كانت ظالمةً لهذا الفن الذي أحبه وتعلق به وكان حب من أول نظرة بينهما وكان أقرب الأصدقاء له يتحداه أن يكون فلجأ إلى القلم والورق رغم شدة ألمه عندما كانت سلة القمامة مليئة بالأوراق التي رسمت عليها بداية للا نهاية فقد كان الرفض التام من قبل الأهل في البداية ولكن يوماً بعد يوم إستطاع إقناع الجميع بأن حبه لهذا الفن لن يوقفه أي حاجز رغم صغر سنه والحالة الإجتماعية شبه المتوسطة لعائلته حاول أن يكون الأفضل في نظر الجميع وببعض الحفلات التي شارك بها والعديد من الأغاني المشتركة مع عرب من مصر والجزائر وفلسطينيين والعديد من المشاركات الفاعلة لتمثيل الشعب الفلسطيني في عدة قضايا والمقابلات الصحفية العربية والأجنبية إستطاع أن يخلق له إسم في مجتمع الهيب هوب الغزي أولا بعد حصوله على المركز الأول في أكبر مسابقة هيب هوب فلسطينية في غزة شاركت بها كل فرق الراب في غزة وكانت المسابقة بعنوان (رسالتنا) بعد أن خاب ظنه في مسابقة هيب هوبكم التي حصل فيها على المركز الخامس للترضية وذلك لعدم تقديمه في الحفل النهائي الذي أغلق بسبب مشاكل, من ثم الفلسطيني, وبعد ذلك عربياً ليكون عضو رسمي في أرب ليج وهي أكبر مجموعة عربية تجمع بين أفضل الرابرز العرب من كافة البلدان العربية
-النظرة الفنية حول مفهوم الهيب هوب العربي-
الهيب هوب كان ولا يزال روحه وعقله وقلبه الثاني الذي ينطق ويفكر وينبض بصوت الشعب ليس بصوته ليس بفكره ليس بإنتمائه الدنيوي في كل جملة في كل كلمة في كل حرف يهدف لخدمة قضايا الشعب الغزي, الفلسطيني, العربي و الإنسانية عامة وكانت غالبية المواضيع التي تحدث عنها هادفة فبدايةً ب(صهيونية) التي تحدث فيها عن معاناه الشعب الفلسطيني من الإحتلال الإسرائيلي وب(مش راح نركع) التي وصفت الصبر وعدم الركوع لأي طاغي و (سنقيم الدولة) للمطالبة بقيام دولة فلسطينية حرة و(سنين حياتي) لوصف معاناه الشاب الفلسطيني و(البداية) لوصف بداية الهيب هوب في غزة وكانت الأغاني الثلاثة بمشاركة فرقة بلاك يونيت.. وبعد مسابقة هيب هوبكم (قصتي) التي وصفت حكايتي والتي كان لها دور فاعل لبداية عصر جديد وإجتهاد جديد وتطور كبير لحب هذا الفن الذي كانت له أضرار علي أكثر من منافعه التي إنعدمت.. و(هانت) إخترقت جدار الخوف بتمرد ليس بتجرد من حقوقنا بمشاركة درج تيم.. (يا بلادي) كانت في الذكرى الأولى لحرب غزة والتي وصفت المجازر والمذابح اللا إنسانية في ظل الحرب على غزة وكانت بمشاركة جزائرية (فارس ولد العلمة. يزيد) والشاعرة الجزائرية منى شدحونة من العاصمة الإنجليزية لندن.. و(هيب هوب ملعبي) كانت للهيب هوب بمشاركة محمد الفرا من مدينة غزة ويعيش في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وهو من فرقة بي آر الفلسطينية.. (آمال) عرضت أمل الإنسان الفلسطيني بالعيش مكرماً كأي إنسان في العالم أجمع.. (من أكون) السؤال الذي عجز الكثيرين عن إجابته وبه كان الحصول على المركز الأول في مشروع (رسالتنا).. (يا قدس) قلنا لن نصمت على تهويدك ولأجلك يا مدينة الصلاه بمشاركة المصري بريستو من فريق عدم الإنحياز.. (من أكون) ريمكس* كانت قنبلة تلتها (يوم الحرية) التي شكرت كل من شارك في أسطول الحرية الذي هاجمه الغدر في عرض البحر وقدمت له كل الإحترام والتقدير على هذا العمل البطولي.. ب(مطالب) كانت مطالب بالسلام والرجوع لأرضي والحرية للأسير والأمان والعدل.. (لكم أعود) لأهلي لأصدقائي لغزة التي كان إسمها حمل ثقيل على عاتقي.. ب(ضد الإنقسام) نددنا بالإنقسام الذي فرق بين قلوبنا وجعلتنا فرجة لكل من لا يستحق الذكر.. و (إيد في إيد) التي كفرت بالطائفية وآمنت بالوحدة الوطنية العقائدية في جمهورية مصر العربية التي ثارت في وجه من ظلمها بثورة مشرفة لتلعن الظلم وتعلن الحرية وكانت بمشاركة أريبيان نايتس وأمير يوسف ومحمد ياسر ومن إنتاج بلاك آوت ستوديو وكانت المشاركة الأولى مع أرب ليج

Meet the Gaza rapper trying to break out and make it big
GAZA CITY — Before he found rap, Ibrahim Ghunaim’s favorite thing in the world to do was shooting.
“I was on my way to jihadism,” he says. If it hadn’t been for rap, he might have joined “the resistance” and taken up arms against Israel.
But it wasn’t to be. He discovered his passion at 13 years old, after attending a rap concert. After that he took to the internet to learn everything about it. He found Eminem and went from there.
“At first I started doing it as a kind of challenge, and then I found I couldn’t stop,” says Ghunaim, who goes by the stage name MC Gaza.
It’s not easy being a rapper in Gaza. In such a socially conservative society, there is little understanding of, or appreciation for, the art form.
“People here think that rap is haram [un-Islamic],” he says. “They think that we are acting like the West.”
“There are only two stages in Gaza and I’m not allowed to perform at either because the organizers don’t like rap. They say rap is not allowed. That it’s not art.”
Like many artists in Gaza, he faces the prospect of censorship from the de facto authorities, the Islamist group Hamas, if he crosses certain lines.
“I can’t say my feelings about them,” he says.
Artists are regularly the subject of censorship in Gaza, where the de facto government frequently cracks down on material that does not conform to its conservative norms.
Even when people do come to his shows — usually performed at schools or universities — he says he gets a mixed response.
“It feels good when people come specifically to see me, but when I do concerts with other groups, I feel that people don’t understand anything.”
As well as struggling to find the right audience and worrying about what he can and can’t say, Ghuneim has to deal with the fact that his passion may even pose a problem in his personal life.
“If I want to get married, nobody will respect that I am a rapper. They won’t accept me. They think it’s shame[ful] to be a rapper.”
Yet despite a lukewarm reception among Gazans, Ghuneim continues to tackle what he sees as the pressing issues he sees all around him.
“I don’t consider myself political,” says Ghuneim, “but it’s my duty to communicate what’s happening here to the outside world.”
At 23, he has witnessed the second Intifada, three wars in Gaza and the Egyptian revolution and his experiences have made their way into his lyrics.
In a song entitled “My Extraordinary Homeland,” he says, “one martyr gives way to another, a crying widow stands next to a prisoner’s wife whose injured daughter is trying to put on her holiday clothes but she can’t.” The video of the song features Gaza’s local parkour team vaulting over rubble in the aftermath of the 51-day Israeli military campaign entitled Operation Protective Edge that left over 2000 Gazans and 73 Israelis dead.
He raps about peace, the right of Palestinian refugees to return to their ancestral homes, street children and “emotional things.”
“Rap talks about anything you see that is wrong and explains why that is wrong,” he says, “I want to break the whole country that broke me.”
A lot of Ghoneim’s work focuses on the problems Palestinians face more broadly. His song “Law Ba3raf” ("If I knew”), is an indictment of the failure of the Palestinian leadership in Gaza — Hamas, and the West Bank — the more secular Fatah, to resolve their political differences.
Though he’s one of very few where he is, Ghuneim says he is like any other rapper, doing what other rappers do.
One of his songs is a “diss” track geared toward a number of other Arab rappers and artists who have criticized him in the past. There is a flip-flop in the shot to show his disrespect.
But because of his rejection in his home country, Ghuneim now yearns to go abroad to continue his career.
“The only people interested really in my work are foreign reporters who write things like 'Oh my goodness, there's rap in Gaza,' and I'm like, guys, there has been for 10 years. Stop being shocked,” he says. To date Ibrahim has recorded 45 songs and 18 videos. In addition to Eminem, he likes Julia Boutros and Lebanese singer Fairuz.
“I’m going to start rapping in English since only the West seems to be interested,” he says.
But it’s not so easy. Gaza has been under siege by Israel for the last eight years and it is very difficult to leave.
Even going to other parts of Palestine is prohibitively difficult. "I am supposed to be in the West Bank right now performing, but until now they [the Israeli authorities] haven’t responded to my request.”
“I want a lot of things, but what I will be able to do, that is a better question in Gaza, what will I be able to do tomorrow?”
Despite his work’s focus on problems in Gaza, he desperately wants to get out.
“If at this moment they said I could leave I would leave my laptop right here and go.”
