Fondé en 2005 selon sa propre historiographie, SBR (Street Band Rappers) (راب الشوارع) est constitué de Muzaffar Al-'Assâr alias MC Kelar (مظفر العصار) [Né vers 1989 en Arabie saoudite, il vit près du camp de Nusayrât et étudie le journalisme à l'université Al-Azhar de Gaza ; en 2012, il était dans l'attente de partir à Dubaï pour répondre à des propositions qui lui auraient été faites par MBC Channel ; en 2013, il est vendeur en vêtements ; il vit à Gaza en 2018.] et de Salîm Al-Hâjj alias MC Giga plus tard devenu MC Palestiano et Salim Marley (Ziggi) (سليم الحاج) [Né en Tunisie, il affirme pratiquer le rap depuis 1981 ; suite aux événements de l'été 2007 entre Hamas et Fath, MC Giga a suivi sa famille, dorénavant réinstallée à La Marsa près de Tunis ; il s'installe ensuite à Munich où il travaille dans un grand magasin en 2017]. Se joint au groupe 'Isâ Abû Sardâna alias MC Rood (عيسى أبو سردانه). SBR a donné plusieurs concerts à Gaza mais, en mars 2009, l’un d’entre eux est interdit par la police. Le groupe a bénéficié de l'aide du Centre culturel français de Gaza pour la sortie de son second single "رسالة" "Masseg" [sic, The Message] (http://www.myspace.com/sbrrap/music/songs/masseg-12482223). متناقضات الحياة التي يعيشها الشباب في غزة لا تسمح للكثير من الشباب الهواة في مجالات الموسيقى و الغناء الغربية بالتعبير عن تلك المواهب إلا أن هذه الفرقة التي تلحن
و تكتب و تغني أناشيدها الخاصه استطاعت أن توصل أغانيها إلى أسماع الناس على إذاعة غزة FM خاصة يا الله التي تتحدت عن الفلتان الأمني .

الضائع في كل نهاية يوم يقابلون فيه بالرفض من المؤسسات الشبابية على اعتبار
انها موسيقى غربية, موضحا أن هناك من المثقفين و أصحاب هذه المؤسسات
من قابلهم بالاستهزاء .
و يوكد العصار حاجتهم إلى تصويير أغنية كي يحاولوا إيصال
أغانيهم الهادفة إلى أكبر عدد ممكن من الجماهير عبر فضائية فلسطين و يرها,
